Halal Certification for -Pre Auditing Inspection
After you contact us, we will provide you an application that requests you to fill the details about the company and its food production. Once this application is received and checked for inadequacies, Halal Certification and Inspection will send two expert staff for audit. The panel will include one technical auditor and another Shariah auditor. The time of audit will be decided based on mutual convenience. The inspection will be done in the factory or plant where the food is produced, processed, and packed.
The inspection will comprise of following activities
- Documentation
- Processing, Handling and distribution of product
- Display, Storage and serving of products
- Food safety, sanitary and cleanliness
- Overall infrastructure of the plant
- Apparatus, tools and machines
- Packing and labeling
Halal Documentation and report
After the inspection is conducted a report will be prepared. This report is signed by both parties and maintained in a file called as Halal File. The copies of the document will be given to the company and also recorded at our firm.
Expense of Auditing
The expense of Halal certification inspection beasts the costs of audit performed by 2 people, Train ACII, Air fare- Economy class, Local transport by Taxi, loading at a hotel and food and refreshment. Per aday, our audit fee is Rs. 2000.
